1. Platform Description

Tradeline Drop operates as a B2B access platform connecting brokers with verified tradeline inventory supplied by independent vendors. We do not provide credit repair, credit counseling, legal advice, or any guarantee of credit score improvement.

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended solely for credit professionals, brokers, funding specialists, and businesses engaging in credit-related services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.

3. Marketplace Relationship

• We do not own or control the tradelines offered by vendors.
• We do not guarantee posting times, vendor performance, or specific outcomes.
• All reservations are subject to vendor approval and availability.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscription tiers offer enhanced platform features such as early access to tradeline drops, expanded inventory visibility, and discount benefits. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Payments & Reservations

• All payments are processed through Stripe.
• A reservation is not considered final until payment is completed and confirmed.
• You are responsible for entering accurate client information when reserving a tradeline.

6. Allowed Use

You agree to:

• Use the platform solely for business purposes.
• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using tradeline products.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Misrepresent client information.
• Use the platform for fraudulent activity.
• Resell or distribute platform access.
• Attempt to interfere with platform security or operations.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Posting times
• Credit score outcomes
• Credit approval outcomes
• Tradeline availability or fulfillment

9. Limitation of Liability

Tradeline Drop is not responsible for vendor delays, vendor errors, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
